Paint Correction, Done at Your Driveway

Swirl marks, fine scratches, oxidation, and etched water spots aren’t “just how the car ages” — they machine-polish out. We bring professional correction equipment, lighting, and power to your home or office anywhere in Orange County, and hand you back paint with the wet, mirror-deep gloss it left the factory with.

Three levels of correction

One-Step Polish

A single machine-polish pass that removes light swirls and oxidation and restores 70–85% of gloss. Included in every ceramic coating install.

Best for: Daily drivers with light wash-induced swirling.

Multi-Stage Correction

Compound + polish stages that cut deeper defects — scratches, buffer trails, heavy swirls, etched water spots — then refine to a mirror finish.

Best for: Darker colors, show cars, and paint that's been neglected or badly washed.

Correction + Ceramic

The full treatment: correct the paint, then lock in the finish with a Gtechniq ceramic coating for 1–9 years of protection.

Best for: The best-value path — you only pay for correction once if you protect it.

Every job is quoted after inspection — text us a few photos and we’ll price it the same day.

Why Orange County paint needs it

Coastal salt air etches clear coat in Newport, Huntington, and Laguna; inland sun oxidizes and fades paint in Irvine and Anaheim; and automatic car washes put swirls in everything. Correction removes that accumulated damage — and pairing it with a Gtechniq ceramic coating keeps it from coming back.

Paint correction FAQ

How much does paint correction cost in Orange County?

It depends on your paint's condition, color, and vehicle size, so we quote after a quick inspection — usually from photos you text us, or in person before we start. A one-step polish is included free with every ceramic coating package.

Can you really do paint correction at my house?

Yes. We bring our own power, lighting, and machines, and work in your driveway or garage. Shade or garage access helps for the best results, but we handle full corrections on-site every week.

Will the swirls come back?

Correction permanently removes the defects that are there — new swirls only appear from improper washing afterward. That's why we recommend sealing corrected paint with a ceramic coating and using proper two-bucket or rinseless wash methods (our recurring plans handle that for you).

How long does paint correction take?

A one-step polish adds 2–3 hours to a detail. Multi-stage corrections typically run 4–8 hours depending on the vehicle's size and condition — we'll give you a time estimate with your quote.

Is paint correction worth it before ceramic coating?

Absolutely — a ceramic coating locks in whatever is underneath it, defects included. Correcting first means you're sealing in perfect paint, which is why every one of our coating packages includes at least a one-step polish.
